Drosera adelae is a stunning rainforest sundew from Australia
45 in stock
Drosera adelae, or the lance-leaved sundew, is an unusual sundew only found in Queensland Australia. Unlike most carnivorous plants, this species grows in relatively shaded conditions in Australian rainforests. It is one of the "Queensland sister" sundews.
In cultivation the species is highly tolerant of differing light levels. In bright light it grows narrow, red leaves, while in shade it grows wider green leaves. It can be tray watered like other sundews and will make many pups from the roots, often after the parent plant collapses. If your plant does die off you will likely see many babies soon after!
Quantity: 1+ plant (Adelae often comes in clumps)
